Abners Catering - Deli / Party MenuDips and Spreads We always have a selection of fresh appetizer spreads, dips and homemade chips in our deli case from which to choose.

Whitefish Spread Our famous recipe made fresh with smoked whitefish, scallions, dill, cream cheese, salad dressing and parsley. Yooper Salsa Ripe tomatoes diced and laced with a variety of Mexican seasoning, onions, celery and fresh cilantro. Ask for hot or mild.

CCQ (Chili Con Queso) Melted Velveeta and hot pepper cheese, combined with diced tomatoes, green chilies, diced red peppers and an array of seasonings. Artichoke Dip Diced hearts of artichoke combined with heavy mayonaise and real Parmesan cheese, and a little minced garlic . Delicious with hard crackers.

Beer Cheese Spread Soft Cheddar cheese and real cream cheese, blended with Sam Adams beer and seasoned salt.

How to order

In order to guarantee your delivery or pick up time, we ask that you please call us 48 hours in advance. Our catering staff is available to answer any of your questions, six days a week. From 9am to 5pm (Closed on Sunday).

Confirmation

Our catering staff will call you within 48 hours in advance to confirm your order and any special instructions. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid the cancellation charge of 50% of the total balance due.

Delivery

We will be happy to deliver in the Sault Sainte Marie city limits from 8 am to 8 pm daily. We will deliver anytime, but there is an additional charge for deliveries outside our normal delivery hours.

Payment

Payment is expected at the time of delivery or pick up, with cash or personal check. If you prefer to pay with Mastercard, Visa or American Express, please call ahead and it can be done over the phone. If you would like to establish a corporate charge, we'd be pleased to discuss it with you.

Extras

We would be pleased to provide or arrange for the following services: paper products, service staff or beverage services. If you need catering for a wedding reception, family gathering or class reunion for a large number of guests, please ask to see our special menu for such events.
